Service Maintenance
Contracts: Maintaining your gate system on a regular basis keeps the system functioning properly and ensures peak performance. We offer preventative maintenance programs designed specifically for your gate system and its service needs. Service maintenance is also a preventative measure to inspect and repair your system before equipment fails requiring costly repairs. If your system is not currently being maintained on a monthly or quarterly basis, call us today and we will schedule a full system diagnostic evaluation at no charge and send you a detailed service maintenance recommendation. |

System Management: Managing the resident or employee database of your gate system or access control system is done by account management software installed on your computer. Information is entered into user friendly fields in the software and downloaded from the convenience of your office or home PC. Controlled Access provides complete software installation, training and technical support for your system. We also offer a variety of database management services remotely from our office. |

Welding & Repair: Should it be required, Controlled Access can make prompt repairs to your automatic gate system. We have certified welders in both our installation and service crews so on site welding can be regularly performed on your wrought iron steel gates and fencing. |
