Access Control
Systems are an integrated link of a main gate system or can be
installed as a separate access control system for all types of
building door entry.
A programmed card or other access
device is used by a resident or employee to gain entry through a
door such as a business or fitness center in a clubhouse or any
office building door.
Time zone restrictions can be
assigned to a cardholder to limit when the card can be used to gain
access to certain areas. Data entry, editing and deleting cards is
simple, easy and convenient by management software installed on your
computer.
Closed Circuit Television Systems
(CCTV) are video cameras used to monitor and record activity in
various areas of a community or building where there is an increased
potential for vandalism and crime. Video documentation and
surveillance has become a valuable tool to management and property
owners to maintain control of their
facilities.
Cable TV Interface Cameras are small
video cameras installed at a door or gate and tied in to the cable
TV system. These cameras allow a resident to view a visitor on their
home television before granting them access to the
community. |
